Office of the Principal Govt. College Barwala (Hisar)
This college was founded in 2008, and during its journey this college has maintained its academic excellence and moral values. Presently 1413 number of students are studying in different streams. There are 36 faculty members to teach the students. The college has also maintained it's position in the sports field. The students of this college also participate in cultural activities to sharpen their talents. The students also take part in NSS activities leading to their overall development. Furthermore, eminent persons of public also visit the college on various occasions to enlighten the students Special RTI cell has also been constituted from where any person can get the information relating to this College subject to the various provisions of the Act. The information put under the public domain, through the College Website facilitate the orisons to access information through electronic mode, thereby avoiding, to the extent possible Inconvenience to ask formally for such information as may be already open to them. While due care has been taken in compiling the information, however, if any mistake has crept in due to inadvertence, it is subject to correction. The budget for the salary of 60 employees including teaching and non teaching staff is allocated under various heads from the DHE Financial department Panchkula Haryana. This college also maintains a fully A.C. library and 6300 books covering different aspects, where students can do preparation for their studies. The library remains open during the college timings and is maintained by adequate number of staff. Full text of RTI Act have been put on the college website.
